Professional headshot photography for Toronto executives, teams, and personal brands. On-location at your office or in studio — built for LinkedIn, websites, press kits, and the way Toronto does business.
The Toronto Market
Toronto runs on first impressions. From the Financial District and King West to Yorkville, Midtown, and North York, every executive, lawyer, real estate agent, and consultant in the city lives inside the same handful of platforms — LinkedIn, company bio pages, conference programs, and email signatures. The photo at the top of all of them is doing more work than most professionals realise.
Most Toronto professionals are still using a cropped phone selfie, a five-year-old corporate photo, or a group shot from a networking event. In a market this competitive — where recruiters, prospects, and partners decide whether to click in under a second — a weak headshot quietly costs opportunities you never see.
Reel Time Creations is a Toronto-based photo and video team. We shoot corporate headshots and LinkedIn portraits for individuals, executive teams, and entire offices across the GTA. Same standard of lighting, retouching, and direction we bring to our brand clients — applied to the photo that opens every introduction you make.
What RTC Delivers in Toronto
Every shoot is built around how Toronto professionals actually present themselves online — modern, confident, and unmistakably yours. Individuals, executive teams, or full-office days, on-site or in studio.
What's Included
We treat a headshot the same way we treat a brand campaign — planned, directed, and finished. Here's what each phase looks like for Toronto clients.
Why RTC for Toronto Headshots
We regularly photograph entire offices and executive groups in a single day. Lighting, posing, and editing are kept consistent across every person on the team, so your company website and LinkedIn pages look like one unified brand.
Our editors come from the same team that retouches video and brand campaigns for Toronto med spas, clinics, and creators. That means skin, lighting, and color look polished but never plastic — the standard you'd expect from a magazine, not a passport photo.
We're based in Toronto and shoot across the GTA — from downtown Financial District offices to clinics in Mississauga and Markham. Our team brings the studio to you, so a full-team headshot day fits inside your business hours.
Client Reviews
We booked RTC for a full-team headshot day at our King West office. The team showed up on time, set up a full lighting kit in our boardroom, and photographed 22 people in under six hours. The edits came back a week later and every single person on the website now looks like they belong to the same firm. Zero hassle.
My old LinkedIn photo was a cropped wedding shot from 2019. I work in commercial real estate in Toronto, so first impressions matter. RTC shot me at their studio on a Saturday morning — two outfits, an hour total — and the retouch landed somewhere between professional and actually looks like me. Inbound messages on LinkedIn doubled the month after.
We needed updated headshots for our entire executive team before a press cycle. RTC came to our Mississauga office, photographed nine leaders in a half-day, and turned around final retouched files in four business days. The consistency across the team is the part that surprised us — every bio page looks like it was shot the same hour.
FAQ
Both. For team and corporate headshot days we bring a full lighting setup to your office anywhere in the GTA — Financial District, Yorkville, King West, North York, Mississauga, or Markham. For solo executives and personal brand headshots, we also offer studio sessions. The on-site option is the most common for teams because it minimizes downtime and lets us shoot 10–40 people in a single business day.
For a standard corporate headshot day, we typically photograph between 20 and 40 people in a single 6–8 hour session at your Toronto office. Each person gets multiple looks, several expressions, and time to settle in. For executive sessions with more wardrobe changes and environmental shots, we plan a slower pace — usually 5–10 people in a half-day. We scope this with you on the discovery call once we know the team size.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from shoot day for the full set of retouched, web-and-print-ready files. For urgent launches — press releases, new hire announcements, conference materials — we offer rush delivery in 48 to 72 hours. Every client receives an online proofing gallery first so individuals or the team lead can select their preferred frame before we move to final retouch.
