We always come to you. Our team travels to your Toronto or GTA clinic with all equipment, lighting, and everything needed for the shoot. You don't need a studio, a specific setup, or anything prepared beyond being open for business. Shooting on-site is what makes the content feel real and authentic — not produced in a generic space.
Completely fine — and very common. We produce a lot of faceless content: treatment close-ups, hands-in-frame technique shots, product features, aesthetic clinic walkthroughs, and results-focused visuals that perform extremely well without anyone on camera. If staff do want to appear, we coach them through it. But it's never a requirement.
This depends on your package, but a standard content creation package includes 8–15 finished pieces per shoot — a mix of Reels, static images, and story content. Clients on monthly shoot packages receive fresh content every month. Volume increases with more frequent shoots or by adding our Global Editing Service for footage you capture between shoot days.
Yes — that's one of the first things we do. Before any shoot, we review your existing content, brand guidelines, and visual identity to make sure everything we produce is consistent with what you've already built. If you're starting from scratch, we develop a brand aesthetic with you that we apply consistently from the first piece of content forward.
